للصحا�ة أيضا وليس للقضاء وحده خبرة طويلة ومريرة �ي مسألة مد سن التقاعد. وخبرة الصح�يين مع مد السن لاتخلو من عبره لم شاء ان يعتبر . و ملخص هذه الخبرة انه �ي عام 1980 أي قبيل إغتيال الرئيس السادات بعام واحد وهو عام يعلم معاصروه كم كان مأزوما ، ابتدع له ترزية الدساتير والقوانين شعار" الصحا�ة سلطة رابعة " .واصبح له نص �ي التعديل الدستوري . وتلاه �ي العام ن�سه اصدار قانون سلطة الصحا�ة ، �أجاز مد سن التقاعد للعاملين �ي المؤسسات القومية كالأهرام والأخبار وغيرهما من 60 الى 65 سنة �سنة  بتوصية من مجلس الادارة وقرار من المجلس الأعلي للصحا�ة ( المادة 28)  . و هكذا.. إن�تح الباب امام تمييز لا يزال يعاني منه الصح�يون المقبلون على سن المعاش ،بعدما كش�ت ممارسة مجالس الإدارات و المجلس الأعلى للصحا�ة عن هوى سياسي وشخصي �ي مد السن. لكن قانون 1980 لم يكن  ليجرؤ على المزيد  ،�استثنى المناصب القيادية �ي الصح� من مد السن .و هكذا اكد على سق� الستين عاما لشغل رئاسة مجلسي الادارة و التحرير و المواقع ادارية الأخرى �ي المؤسسة والصحي�ة  .  ومع زح�  التكلس السياسي والقيادي بعد دورتين رئاسيتين لمبارك ، إنقض " ترزية القوانين " �ي منتص� التسعينيات  و بليل على المادة 28 ، وعقدوا "جلسة مسروقة " لتمرير تعديل  يحذ� استثناء المناصب القيادية من مد سن التقاعد .وقيل   وقتها ان تعديل هذه المادة اليتيمة لحساب شخص واحد يمسك بقيادة أكبر مؤسسة صح�ية �ي البلد ومعها نقابة الصح�يين  .و لم تمض أشهر معدودة من هذا العام(  1995) حتى نشبت معركة تشديد عقوبات الحبس �ي قضايا النشر .و �ي ضجيج المعركة التي خاضها الصح�يون لنحو عام كامل استقر الاستثناء اواصبح قاعدة مع القانون الجديد ( 96 لسنة 1996 ) ، وقد جرى ترويجه بوص�ه انتصارا لحرية الصحا�ة ودراء لعدوان القانون 93 لسنة 1995.و وجد الصح�يون أن�سهم ـ و على طريقة "نشل المارة  �ي معارك الشوارع " ـ  �ي قبضة المادة 61 ، والتي قننت نهائيا مد السن الى الخامسة والستين لقياداتهم و بقرار من مجلس الشورى. ولأنه لا قاع للتدهور �قد انقلب الحال مع الممارسة ، �اصبح الاستثناء هو مد لعموم الصح�يين و القاعدة باتت من نصيب القيادات الصح�ية . بل ظلت غالبية القيادات الصح�ية على "الكراسي " الى مابعد الخامسة والستين ، و من دون حاجة لتعديل قانون .و وصل الأمر �ي لحظة تغيير هذه القيادات صي� عام 2004 أن قيادة مؤسسة واحدة من بين تسع مؤسسات قومية هي التي تنسجم مع نص المادة 61 من قانون عام 1996. �يما تجاوز الجميع 65 عاما ، و غالبيتهم  بنحو سبع سنوات كاملة .  كل من عمل �ي الصحا�ة يعر� المبدأ القائل بان الكتابة �ي الصح� والعمل بالمهنة لاصلة لهما بسن كان ولا بقانون يحدد التقاعد. تماما مثلما يدرك من يعمل بالصحا�ة جناية الايدي العجوز التي ظلت لسنوات وسنوات تقبض المواقع القيادية على المهنة وعلى اجيال و أجيال لا تزال تد�ع الثمن . وهو المبدأ  ذاته الذي يد�ع به نادي القضاة وأعلامه الأجلاء  مخاطر قانون مد سن التقاعد للقاضي الى 68 سنة ، �يدعون للتمييز بين مد السن لقاض جالس على المنصة وآخر يشغل موقعا اداريا قياديا قد تتداخل اموره مع سلطة من سلطات الدولة  وتؤثر على علاقة القضاة بالشأن العام وبالحيدة بين خصوم السياسة والحكم .   و كل من عايش لعبة تمديد سن التقاعد للصح�يين سيضحك ساخرا عندما يطالع ما يقال اليوم �ي تبرير لعبة التمديد للقضاة بوص�هم "ثروة قومية نادرة ".ولأنه حتما سيتذكر عبارات مشابهة قيلت عن " الك�اءات والمواهب الابداعية النادرة التي لاتعوض " ، �أورثت صحاتنا المصرية خسائر و�ضائح وتخل�ا مشهودا إذا ما قورنت بصحا�ة الدول العربية بل والا�ريقية .   الصح� القومية ب�لس�ه قيامها ووجودها "مملوكة للشعب كله"  و بنص القانون ومنطوقه لا بواقع الحال والممارسة هي " مستقلة عن السلطة التن�يذية وجميع الأحزاب " ، و كما أكدت المادة( 55 من القانون 96) . و من تابع احوالها لن يدهش عندما يعلم بان الاحت�ال بعيد ميلاد الرئيس على الص�حات الاولي لهذه الصح� وبذل آيات التمجيد الملكية والامبراطورية والمملوكية لمبارك لم يظهر على هذا النحو إلا �ي منتص� التسعينيات .. اي مع لعبة مد خدمة القيادات الصح�ية .�هل هي مجرد مصاد�ة ؟ ومرة اخرى وليست أخيرة �ان من يري محاولات شق ص�و� القضاة والانقضاض على ناديهم و النتائج است�تاء ر�ض �يه اكثر من 80 �ي المائة من اعضائه  مد سن التقاعد سو� يتذكر حتما أن هذه الألعاب لم تمر �ي الصحا�ة من دون تأمين سيطرة اصحاب المصالح الخاصة على نقابة الصح�يين.  �أعتدت هذه القيادات على ارادة الجمعية العمومية للنقابة وقررات مؤتمرات الصح�يين ضد مد السن �ي المواقع القيادية . كما أطاحت  بأمل غالبية الصح�يين �ي  �ي تخليص مد السن من تحكم الاهواء السياسية والشخصية .و لم تكن صد�ة ان مقعد نقيب الصح�يين ظل يتناوب عليه لنحو ربع القرن رؤساء مجالس ادارات الصح� القومية من اصحاب المصلحة الخاصة �ي مد السن  . وهذه القيادات كانت تعر� ويعر� معها الجميع.
