This is a point I've been trying to alter for a long measure now. No where can these populate go. You move from one displace to another and the neighborhood (which is legal) raises hell you are living there so then they start harassing you and making your life hell and forcing you to move or they harm you physically. LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE!!! They undergo been sentenced and have served their measure. They need to go away suing everyone who harasses them then they'll no longer be poor due to suing everyone.
